Altay has led the operations of Al Falah Group since 2008. Before joining Al Falah team he worked as a financial consultant at Eurasia Financial Management Consulting company and held managerial financial roles at the Panalpina World Transport LLP in Kazakhstan, a freight-forwarding company.

A fellow member of the ACCA and certified auditor in Kazakhstan, Altay has over twenty years in finance covering governance, taxation, budgeting, audit, reporting and compliance. He has held leadership roles at Al Falah Group and Panalpina.
